Refund and Exchange Policy

 

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, an exchange will be offered to you.

 

We will only offer a full refund if the goods are faulty.

 

We will not refund or exchange any items that have been specially ordered for you, that have been made to your requirements or which are outside of our current product range. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Deposits for special orders and custom made goods are non refundable.

 

We regret that under no circumstances are we able to accept the return of earrings, unless faulty , in compliance with current Health and Hygiene Regulations.

 

Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, we will arrange for an exchange. Proof of purchase will be necessary. Our decision is final.
