What Is A Diamond?
Diamonds are formed from carbon that crystallised under immense heat and pressure, miles below sea level. After roughly 100 million years, volcano explosions forced them upwards to the earth's surface and exposed their beauty.
Diamonds are very rare in that few survived the journey. Only half of all diamonds mined today are of high enough quality to be used as gems and less are large enough to be polished into a stone for use in a ring. Because of these circulstances, each diamond is unique.
Women can be drawn to diamonds, not only for their natural beauty and elegance, but also for the history and timeless magic associated with them. There is no gemstone as indestructible, rare, precious, beautiful or magical, and it's these qualities that make the diamond the symbol of love.
